About me
Janelle co-founded Faunt & Emmett Real Estate (South Burnett Real Estate) in 2018 with Trent Faunt. With 21 years of real estate experience across all facets of the industry, Janelle has built a strong foundation in the field. Her extensive experience includes managing Raine & Horne at Everton Park for six years, as well as roles in sales, senior property management, and trust account management with local agencies in Kingaroy from 2010–2014. She also worked at Surat Basin Real Estate in Chinchilla from 2014–2016 before taking a short break, returning to real estate in 2018.
In 2022, Janelle’s husband, Ken, joined the business, and together, they bought Trent’s share, becoming sole owners. Janelle’s broad knowledge of systems, compliance, and her exceptional communication, negotiation, and conciliation skills, combined with her vested interest in the business, ensure clients receive the highest level of service. As Principal/Owner, Janelle is dedicated to providing professional, customer-focused experiences for all clients.
